Rafael has been my only mentor since I started with Designlab — from the UX/UI Foundations course all the way through to the UX/UI Academy. I requested to continue with him because of how impactful his mentorship has been. Before joining Designlab, I had no prior experience in UX/UI; my background was in graphic design. He always gave me clear direction, and whenever I felt confused, he quickly identified the issues and provided practical, structured solutions. During my time in the UX/UI Academy, I faced many life changes that caused my progress to fall behind, and at one point I even considered giving up.
